পাওয়ার অব এটর্নী অথবা অন্যান্য ডকুমেন্টস সত্যায়ন:
আবেদনকারী/আবেদনকারীগণকে নিম্নবর্ণিত প্রয়োজনীয় সকল কাগজ-পত্রাদি এবং মূল ডকুমেন্ট সহ সশরীরে বাংলাদেশ কনস্যুলেট জেনারেল অফিসে উপস্থিত হতে হবে।
১। সত্যায়নের জন্য নির্ধারিত আবেদনপত্র যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে।
২। পাওয়ারদাতা অথবা একাধিক পাওয়ারদাতার ক্ষেত্রে প্রত্যেককে সশরীরে বাংলাদেশ কনস্যুলেট জেনারেল অফিসে উপস্থিত হয়ে কনস্যুলার অফিসারের সামনে ডকুমেন্ট এবং নিজ নিজ ছবিতে স্বাক্ষর এবং টিপসই করতে হবে।
৩। আবেদনকারী/পাওয়ারদাতা/পাওয়ার গ্রহীতার বৈধ বাংলাদেশ পাসপোর্ট অথবা বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের ফটোকপি অথবা অনলাইন যাচাইযোগ্য জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদ (http://everify.bdris.gov.bd/)।
৪। সম্পত্তির মালিকানা প্রমাণের জন্য (মিউটেশন/উত্তরাধিকার সনদপত্র/জমির দলিল/দলিল-আরএস, সিএস এবং বিএ) এর ফটোকপি ।
৫।সাদা ব্যাক গ্রাউন্ডে (পটভূমিতে) সম্প্রতি তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের রঙিন ছবি প্রত্যেকের ০২ (দুই) কপি ।
৬। যে কোন ইউএস ফটো আইডি- এর ফটোকপি।
৭। নাম পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে আদালতের আদেশের ফটোকপি।
৮। মূল ডকুমেন্ট/ মূল পাওয়ার অব এটর্নী এর সাথে একসেট ফটোকপিও জমা দিতে হবে।
৯। মানি অর্ডার/ব্যাংক ড্রাফট অথবা ব্যাংক সার্টিফাইড চেকের মাধ্যমে নিম্নবর্ণিত প্রযোজ্য ফি:
জরুরী ফি: মার্কিন ডলার ৮২.৫০ প্রদানকারী একই কার্যদিবসে (সাক্ষাতের দিন) সত্যায়িত মূল পাওয়ার অব এটর্নী অথবা ডকুমেন্টস বাংলাদেশ কনস্যুলেট জেনারেল, নিউইয়র্ক অফিস হতে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
নিয়মিত ফি: মার্কিনডলার ৪৪.০০ প্রদানকারী পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসে সত্যায়িত মূল পাওয়ার অব এটর্নী অথবা ডকুমেন্টস বাংলাদেশ কনস্যুলেট জেনারেল, নিউইয়র্ক অফিস হতে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন।
Attestation of Power of Attorney or other documents:
The applicant(s) has/have to appear in person along with all the following required documents and original document:
1. A duly filled in prescribed application form for attestation.
2. Principal(s)/Executant (s) is (are) required to appear before the Consular Officer at the Consulate General of Bangladesh in New York for thumb impression and signature in his/her photographs.
3. Photocopy (ies) of valid Bangladesh Passport or, National Identity Card of Bangladesh or, online verifiable birth registration certificate (http://everify.bdris.gov.bd/) of the Applicant(s)/Principal(s)/Executant (s) and Attorney(ies).
4. Photocopy of Proof of Ownership of the property (Mutation/Inheritance Certificate/Land Deed/Documents-RS, CS and BA.
5. Recent Passport size colour photographs on a white background 02 (two) copies of each.
6. Photocopy of any US Photo ID.
7. Photocopy of court order in case of name change.
8. A set of photocopies should be submitted along with the original document/original power of attorney.
9. The following applicable fees through Money order/Bank Draft or Bank Certified Cheque:
Urgent fee USD 82.50: The payee can be collected attested original power of attorney or documents on the same working day (Interview date) from the Consulate General of Bangladesh in New York
Regular fee USD 44.00: The payee can be collected attested original power of attorney or documents on the next working day from the Consulate General of Bangladesh in New York.
